Payroll Analyst

Joining a dynamic Managed Services Team, the full-time Payroll Processing Analyst will manage payroll processing, tax reporting, and audits for multiple clients while providing support through calls and emails in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Prepare, process, oversee, and audit bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for multiple clients Review and ensure accuracy of timecards, deductions, and health insurance while addressing payroll-related inquiries Complete monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts related to payroll and prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrable experience in payroll processing, preferably with SAP ECP Customer service experience with a focus on issue resolution Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate recommendations for improvement Available to work nights and weekends occasionally
