Owning core parts of the payroll function, the full-time Payroll Analyst will manage bi-weekly payroll processing in Workday, ensure multi-jurisdiction tax compliance in ADP SmartCompliance, and serve as the primary contact for employee payroll inquiries in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy between Workday and HR submissions Serve as the point person for employee payroll questions, providing exceptional customer service Verify timesheets and ensure compliance with tax requirements for new hires and terminations Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing and multi-jurisdiction tax compliance Experience with ADP SmartCompliance for tax filings and wage garnishments Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local withholding tax requirements Demonstrated accuracy in a high-volume payroll environment Ability to process manual payroll adjustments for wages and taxes
