To support accurate and compliant payroll operations across multiple countries, the full-time remote Payroll Analyst will manage end-to-end payroll processing, administer Workday Payroll, and resolve complex payroll issues while ensuring adherence to tax regulations. Key responsibilities Process end-to-end U.S. payroll and assist with international payroll activities Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues within established timelines Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and support quarterly and year-end payroll activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive payroll experience and 3+ years with Workday payroll modules Strong expertise in U.S. payroll tax compliance Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced PivotTables and VLOOKUP Proven ability to manage complexity in a global payroll environment with attention to detail
