What you offer

- Solid understanding of US end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll calculations, statutory deductions (federal, state, and local taxes), benefits, and compliance requirements.
- Exposure to ADP platforms (preferably Vantage) or similar payroll systems is highly regarded.
- Working knowledge of US payroll legislation and compliance, with an understanding of key regulatory requirements (e.g., tax withholding, reporting obligations, and year-end processes).
- Strong analytical capability, including confident use of advanced Excel functions and data analysis tools to identify issues and improve outcomes.
- High attention to detail combined with strong organization and time management skills to manage multiple priorities accurately.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a global team in a fast-paced environment.
