Our client, located in Atlanta, GA is searching for a long term temporary Payroll Analyst for a minimum 3 - 6 months contract (the contract could be extended beyond 6 months). Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare, process and maintain payroll calculations;
- Process payroll distribution, direct deposit and ad hoc payroll inquiries
- Assist payroll manager with various internal/external projects
- Work closely with Payroll Manager and Payroll Specialists to review and audit payroll data
- Assist with quarterly payroll tax payments
- Ability to work additional hours during high peak times to include year-end and implementation
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 3 years corporate payroll experience
- Experience with JD Edwards required, experience with Workday is a Plus.
- Experience compiling, analyzing and reviewing data.
- Advanced Excel required (vlookup, pivot, etc).
- Excellent communication skills
