Payroll Analyst

Payroll AnalystOur client, a global entertainment company, is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join their team! This will be a fully onsite role working out of their office in Hollywood. The successful candidate will possess multistate union and non-union payroll processing expertise, the ability to foster strong relationships with employees and business partners, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies.

Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.Role Overview:Contract Role: 6 monthsPay: $43-47/hr on W2 (No C2C or 1099)Schedule: Fully onsite M-F, 9am to 6pm, 1 hour unpaid lunchResponsibilities:End-to-end processing of union and non-union payrollSet up and process employee garnishmentsPerform payroll adjustments in SAPMaintain knowledge and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulationsAudit and reconcile payroll data to resolve discrepanciesEnsure compliance with multistate taxation rulesProvide payroll system testing support as needed for software upgradesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or a completed payroll certification is preferred3+ years of multistate payroll processing experience within a large organizationPrior experience processing union payroll within the entertainment industryAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (X/VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, etc.)Prior experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is highly preferredExcellent attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentialityAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
