Supporting payroll operations and benefits administration, the full-time Payroll & Benefits Administrator will independently maintain and process payroll, manage employee records, and ensure compliance with regulations in a hybrid remote environment. Key responsibilities Process biweekly payroll and maintain payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Manage the employee benefits lifecycle, including enrollments and payroll deductions, while collaborating with vendors Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and HRIS inquiries, resolving issues promptly and maintaining confidentiality of employee data Required qualifications Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience processing multi-state payroll or 2 years in a Human Resources role with payroll exposure Basic accounting knowledge and experience with sales commissions and incentive pay preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR technologies, including web-based payroll/HRIS, with Paylocity experience preferred Knowledge of the FLSA and state payroll regulations strongly preferred
