Payroll AdministratorThis role is responsible for processing employee wages accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and knowledge of payroll systems and tax procedures. This position is responsible for accounts payable processing, ensuring that payments are processed timely and accurately, as well as maintenance of A/P vendors and handling of accounts payable questions.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.2+ years of experience with processing payroll.Proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting.Expert knowledge of payroll software (preferably ADP).Experience with accounting software (preferably Microsoft NAV or NetSuite).Expert knowledge of wage laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.Understanding basic accounting principles.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
