Payroll AdministratorSupporting the Payroll Supervisor, the Payroll Administrator leads the day-to-day Payroll Department efforts in the completion of semi-monthly payrolls, delivery of required reports, collection of payroll information and maintenance of required records.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDirects the preparation and processing of semi-monthly payroll for over 2400 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved time sheets; track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductionsCoordinates payroll, human resources, budget and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports, e.g. labor home work, overtime, leave balances, head count, and retirement contribution reports)Conducts training and administration of the electronic timekeeping system.
