Payroll Administrator

Our client located in Chicago, IL (60606) is seeking a Payroll Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate employee, payroll, and PTO records, including new hires, terminations, tax forms, deductions, incentives, and garnishments.
• Prepare, audit and reconcile time files for non-exempt employees; identify and resolve out-of-balance issues prior to payroll finalization.
• Serve as primary support for UKG system questions, password resets, timesheet corrections, and user maintenance.
• Run end to end payroll for about 500 employees in 25 states (including CA) on a weekly and bi-weekly basis.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience processing payroll.
• Practical working knowledge of multi-state payroll laws and regulations.
• Must be willing to come onsite 5 days a week.
• Experience with UKG and Workforce Management is a huge plus.
• BA degree preferred, but not required. CPP highly desired.
