To support the Accounting organization, the full-time Payroll Accounting Specialist will manage bi-weekly payroll processing, compliance filings, and accounts payable activities for U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review and process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with payroll accounting standards Support year-end reporting, including W-2s, T4s, RL-1s, and vendor 1099s Manage Canadian payroll requirements, including filing Records of Employment (ROEs) and annual vacation entitlement adjustments Required qualifications BS degree in Accounting or 5+ years of payroll accounting experience 4 to 7 years of related experience with payroll, benefits, compliance, accounting, and audit Experience with Canadian payroll and vacation entitlements is required Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is preferred
