The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll accounting, general ledger postings, account reconciliations, Workday Payroll, and financial controls.Responsibilities:Perform payroll accounting and general ledger postingsConduct payroll and bank reconciliationsSupport payroll funding and settlement activitiesInvestigate and resolve payroll accounting discrepanciesAssist with month-end close activitiesSupport Workday payroll testing and system updatesMaintain compliance with payroll controls and audit requirementsPartner with Payroll, Finance, HR, and Banking teamsQualifications:Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field3+ years of payroll accounting or payroll operations experienceExperience with Workday Payroll preferredStrong general ledger and reconciliation experienceAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)Experience with SAP, payroll systems, or banking reconciliations is a plusCPP certification preferredIf interested, please share your updated resume at /
