Job Title: Global Payroll Accountant
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid – 4 days in office)
- We are seeking a Global Payroll Accountant with 4 plus years of payroll experience to support a technically focused payroll team. This role goes beyond standard payroll processing and requires a strong understanding of payroll tax compliance , including multi-state and/or international payroll considerations . Candidates with experience in GL accounting, tax, or journal entries alongside payroll are encouraged to apply. Assist in the new global payroll system implementation project.

Key Details:
- Contract Type: Temp-to-perm (conversion after ~6 months)
- Full-Time Salary Upon Conversion: $80K–$95K base
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multi-state payroll tax (international payroll is a plus)
- Familiarity xzgxqkn with ADP and/or Workday
- Exposure to general ledger, tax, or journal entries in a payroll-related environment
