Payments Team Lead

Leading a remote team, the full-time Payments Team Lead will oversee the Accounts Receivable and Chargeback teams, ensuring performance management, efficient operations, and compliance with payment processing standards. Key responsibilities Oversee and mentor the Payments Team, focusing on training and performance management to meet KPIs Manage daily operations for Chargeback and Accounts Receivable teams, ensuring efficient case processing and timely payment handling Analyze data trends in chargebacks and accounts receivable, providing insights and reports for process improvement Required qualifications Experience in banking, fintech, payment processing, or e-commerce payments, with knowledge of chargebacks and Accounts Receivable 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, responsible for team performance and development Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying trends and implementing process improvements Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
