Supporting the sales team as a subject matter expert, the full-time remote Payments Pricing Analyst II will manage payments pricing analyses for existing customers, handle communication regarding pricing negotiations, and represent Toast Payments in cross-functional projects. Key responsibilities Conduct advanced payments pricing analyses and set processing rates impacting revenue Manage internal and external communications related to customer pricing negotiations and billing inquiries Collaborate with Sales Enablement to enhance Payments education initiatives and optimize operational processes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related fields 2-4 years of experience in an analytical or operations role with customer interaction Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to work with financial models Experience preparing presentation materials for stakeholders at various levels Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities for operational efficiency
