Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end onboarding with providers, including the preparation of corporate documents and application forms Negotiate fees and favorable commercial terms with providers while maintaining partner relationships Draft technical specifications for new provider integrations and drive integration tasks through all stages Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, Business Development, or Operations within a Payments team Experience communicating with foreign customers and partners, including C-level executives Understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance procedures Familiarity with the technical structure of payment integrations, including APIs and webhooks Upper-Intermediate level of English for internal communication
