Identifying opportunities for additional reimbursement due to contractual discrepancies, the full-time Payment Variance Analyst will analyze underpaid claims, collaborate with internal teams for data validation, and report trends to client leadership while working remotely. Key responsibilities Perform payment variance analysis to identify trends in underpaid claims Request and prepare data for payer underpayments for internal validation Analyze client heat maps and report underpayment trends for resolution and collections Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 2 years' experience in commercial insurance collections and underpayment analysis Detailed knowledge of managed care reimbursement methodologies Experience in hospital/facility billing Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
