Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• Healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, healthcare finance, or related experience

• Experience posting insurance and patient payments

• Experience processing EFTs (Electronic Funds Transfers) and ERAs (Electronic Remittance Advice)

• Payment reconciliation and cash posting experience

• Experience researching and resolving unapplied or unidentified payments

• Familiarity with EHRs, practice management systems, and healthcare clearinghouses

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description:

Full time position - 5 days onsite

Insight Global is seeking a Payment Posting Specialist for a top healthcare client. This candidate will join a growing revenue cycle team responsible for ensuring the accurate posting, reconciliation, and tracking of insurance and patient payments across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare payment processing, EFTs, ERAs, cash posting, and payment reconciliation. This role will play a critical part in maintaining payment integrity, researching discrepancies, resolving unapplied payments, and supporting overall revenue cycle operations. The position offers an opportunity to work within a large, established healthcare organization focused on operational excellence and patient-centered care.
