Responsibilities
- Manage Disputes: Resolve chargeback tickets in Zendesk from start to finish.
- Submit Evidence: Compile and submit proof to processors (Vantiv, Braintree, PayPal) using tools like Ethoca.
- Investigate Fraud: Analyze user history to identify scam trends and repeat chargeback abuse.
- Reporting: Maintain Excel/Google Sheets logs to track KPIs and collaborate with Fraud/Legal teams.
