Leading a team focused on payment integrity activities, the full-time remote Payment Integrity Supervisor will manage recovery operations, establish procedures to achieve optimal operational standards, and ensure production targets are met. Key responsibilities Oversee implementation of payment integrity initiatives, including overpayment recovery and coordination of benefits Hire, train, and develop team members while managing inventory and ensuring timely project execution Analyze data-driven reports to resolve payment issues and collaborate with leadership on operational improvements Required qualifications At least 5 years of experience in health care operations, including 3 years in payment integrity or claims Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software programs Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple projects Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with coworkers and providers Effective verbal and written communication skills
