Providing strategic leadership in a remote full-time capacity, the Sr. Manager Payment Integrity will oversee market engagement, provider alignment, and cross-functional coordination to enhance claims accuracy and reduce improper payments. Key responsibilities Directs operational and strategic initiatives for Payment Integrity activities, ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives Collaborates with various departments to address systemic issues and enhance provider and member experiences Leads analytics efforts to identify trends and opportunities for improving payment accuracy and operational integrity Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Health Information Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred 6+ years of experience in Payment Integrity or managed care operations within a complex health plan 4+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports Strong understanding of payment integrity concepts and reimbursement methodologies Experience working cross-functionally with Network, Claims, Clinical, and Compliance teams
