Payment Integrity Manager

Leading a team focused on payment integrity activities, the full-time remote Payment Integrity Manager will oversee recovery operations, ensure adherence to operational standards, and implement quality assurance programs to meet performance targets. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations for payment integrity programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies Hire, train, and develop staff to enhance inventory management and recovery performance Analyze operational data to identify trends and propose improvements for recovery effectiveness Required qualifications At least 7 years of experience in health care operations, including 4 years in payment integrity or claims Minimum of 1 year in a management or leadership role Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software programs Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to establish effective relationships with coworkers, members, and providers
