Owning payment integrations end to end, the full-time remote Payment Integration Manager will manage the onboarding cycle for new payment providers, respond to payment incidents, and define acceptance standards for integrations. Key responsibilities Run the full onboarding cycle for new payment providers, including technical calls, configuration, testing, and production launch Serve as the first line of response for payment incidents, driving resolutions for issues like failed transactions and anomalies Define acceptance standards for new integrations and make go/no-go decisions prior to launch Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in payments, PSP integrations, or fintech platforms with hands-on ownership of integrations Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous payment statuses Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and structured checkout testing Ability to read and interpret provider API documentation to create actionable specifications Fluency in English and Russian at a working level
