To support the successful onboarding and operational management of Payrailz solutions, the full-time Payments Business Analyst will act as a key liaison among Sales, Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Operations teams, ensuring project accuracy and efficiency in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Review customer contracts and sales agreements for accuracy and implementation readiness Coordinate customer onboarding activities and manage project records to ensure timely completion Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and support billing readiness and operational processes Required qualifications Minimum of 18 months of experience in a financial institution, fintech, or technical support setting Foundational knowledge in researching, writing reports, and documenting processes Ability to work occasional nights and weekends as needed Associate's degree in business administration, Project Management, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of JHA products and services is a plus
