Working full-time as a Payment Accuracy Specialist, the successful candidate will audit client data, generate recoverable claims, and assist in identifying and documenting audit projects while utilizing Cotiviti's proprietary tools and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Key responsibilities Conduct audits of client data to identify over and under-payments of claims, documenting findings and sharing knowledge within the audit team Utilize Cotiviti audit tools and Microsoft Excel to review reports and enter overpayments accurately into the system Participate in onboarding new hires and contribute to process improvements and the development of new audit concepts Required qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-4 years of related healthcare experience Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicaid Claims, is strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Strong interest in working with large data sets and various databases At least 2-3 years of experience with Cotiviti recommended for internal candidates
