Payment Accuracy Specialist

To support a growing healthcare recovery team, the full-time Payment Accuracy Specialist will audit client data, generate recoverable claims, and assist in complex audit projects while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct audits of client data to identify over and under-payments, utilizing Cotiviti audit tools and Microsoft Excel Document findings and share knowledge with the audit team to enhance the quality of claims identification Participate in onboarding new hires and contribute to process improvements and concept expansions within the audit framework Required qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-4 years of related healthcare experience Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicaid Claims, is strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Strong interest in working with large data sets and databases Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on auditing standards
