Payer Relations Contracting Specialist

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Payer Relations Contracting Specialist will develop, negotiate, implement, and maintain payer contracts, working in a hybrid capacity from the Lawrenceville administrative office. Key responsibilities: Identify contracting opportunities with commercial insurers Oversee third-party contracting services, negotiating reimbursement rates and contract language Analyze fee schedules and reimbursement methodologies Required qualifications: 5-10+ years of healthcare contracting experience negotiating with major commercial payers Experience within a multi-state practice or ambulatory surgery center (ASC) setting Strong skills in contract interpretation and negotiation Advanced Excel and data analysis skills Proven relationship management and project management abilities
