Owning the operational and compliance foundation for payer and clinical services, the full-time salaried Payer Operations Associate Director will manage a high-performance team, ensuring smooth onboarding of new payers, maintaining existing operations, and overseeing licensing and credentialing in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the onboarding process for new payers, ensuring timely go-lives and cross-functional collaboration Maintain operational efficiency for existing payer operations, proactively addressing issues before they escalate Manage licensing and credentialing for clinical services, ensuring all credentials are valid and up-to-date Required qualifications Proven experience running payer operations across multiple contract types or service lines Strong knowledge of healthcare licensing and credentialing processes Experience managing payer relationships and transitions directly Familiarity with multi-state regulatory compliance and its implementation Experience managing both commercial and Medicaid payer operations
