Ensuring data quality and reliability across payer data pipelines, the full-time Payer Operations Analyst will manage data quality issues, collaborate with internal teams and payers, and enhance data integrity in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Identify and resolve data quality issues across payer data feeds while maintaining accurate contract metadata Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data issues and lead data initiatives from discovery through implementation Maintain standard operating procedures for data issue triage and enhance long-term data reliability by addressing root causes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree 4+ years of experience in data operations, analytics, or related technical roles within healthcare or similar environments Intermediate SQL programming experience Technical fluency across various data platforms and tools, including data warehouses and BI software Proven track record of effective collaboration in cross-functional teams and clear communication of technical insights
