To support healthcare operations, the remote contract Payer Enrollment Specialist will manage the end-to-end health plan enrollment process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of enrollment requests while maintaining client satisfaction and compliance with service agreements. Key responsibilities: Oversee the health plan enrollment process, coordinating with external vendors and completing escalated requests as necessary Monitor in-process enrollments through consistent follow-up and maintain thorough documentation within company systems Build and maintain relationships with payer representatives to streamline submissions and improve approval timelines Required qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of direct experience with payer enrollment processes Proficiency in GSuites tools, including GSheets, GDocs, and GMail Strong understanding of payer-specific enrollment requirements and regulations Ability to effectively communicate with various internal and external stakeholders Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
