Payer Enrollment Specialist

To support a growing healthcare technology company, the contract Payer Enrollment Specialist will manage the health plan enrollment process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end health plan enrollment process, coordinating with external vendors and completing escalated enrollment requests as necessary Monitor in-process enrollments through consistent follow-up and maintain thorough documentation within company systems Act as a subject matter expert on payer-specific enrollment requirements and build strong relationships with payer representatives to streamline submissions Required qualifications: At least 3 years of direct experience with payer enrollment processes Proficiency in GSuites tools, including GSheets, GDocs, and GMail Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in complex enrollment packages Ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
