Role Description The Pawnbroker role at Value Pawn & Jewelry Store is a full-time, on-site position located in Tampa, FL. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing items for value and authenticity, explaining loan terms, and processing pawn, buy, and sales transactions. The Pawnbroker supports retail operations by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, managing inventory, pricing merchandise, and ensuring items are accurately tagged and recorded. This role involves handling cash and payments, using point-of-sale and inventory systems, and complying with all company policies and local regulations. The Pawnbroker works as part of a team to deliver respectful, efficient service, resolve customer questions, and help customers find suitable products or loan options.
