Lucky Stripes LLC is hiring a Pavement Striping Technician in Lexington, KY to support safe, attractive access to our retail locations. In this hands-on role, you’ll prepare surfaces, measure and lay out parking lots, apply paint and thermoplastic striping, stencils, and symbols, and maintain equipment. You’ll inspect work for accuracy, follow safety and environmental guidelines, and coordinate with store management to minimize customer disruption.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable working outdoors, able to lift materials and operate striping machinery, and committed to reliability and teamwork.
