Pavement Management EngineerWe are seeking a Pavement Management Engineer to support the delivery of pavement management and asset management solutions for clients across the United States. This role will focus on pavement management system (PMS) implementation, data analysis, and development of maintenance and rehabilitation strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, experience working with pavement data, and the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations for clients.A remote working arrangement is available.What You'll Do:Perform pavement data analysis to support pavement management system (PMS) implementation, updates, and optimizationLead or support the implementation and configuration of pavement management systems for clientsDevelop network-level and project-level maintenance and rehabilitation strategiesAnalyze pavement condition data (PCI, IRI, distress, and structural data) and provide actionable recommendationsApply engineering principles to evaluate pavement performance, deterioration, and life-cycle strategiesPrepare technical deliverables including reports, GIS outputs, dashboards, and client presentationsSupport pavement design and rehabilitation recommendations using industry standardsAssist with specifications development and engineering analysesEvaluate non-destructive testing data (e.g., FWD, GPR, TSD)Manage projects from initiation through delivery, including client coordination, budgets, schedules, and reportingServe as a point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationshipsCoordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to support project executionSupport project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and data collection programsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including GIS, geospatial, materials, planning, and field operationsEnsure deliverables meet client expectations and internal QA/QC standardsWhat You Need to Succeed:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldLicensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)Minimum 5+ years of relevant experienceExperience delivering pavement management or engineering projectsProven experience implementing pavement management systems (PMS)Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools (preferred)Experience with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS or QGIS (preferred)Experience working with municipal, DOT, or large-scale pavement programs (preferred)Familiarity with ASTM, AASHTO, and PCI methodologies (preferred)Experience with pavement data collection technologies (LCMS, GPR, TSD, inertial profilers) (preferred)Experience with life-cycle cost analysis (LCCA) and asset management frameworks (preferred)Compensation: The approximate compensation range for this position is $111,652.00 - 146,567.00 per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
