Providing exceptional patient-first healthcare, the full-time Ohio Licensed Patient Service Specialist will assist with scheduling, pre-registration, and MyChart enrollment while working remotely from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a rotating Saturday shift every six weeks. Key responsibilities Deliver a comprehensive and proactive experience for patients and visitors, ensuring stellar service Investigate, triage, and resolve patient issues using the established HEART model Perform patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and maintain confidential patient information Required qualifications High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, or customer service; OR an Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred Ability to operate a PC and other office equipment Capability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds Must reside in Ohio
