Overview
Seeking an individual with experience in patient referral management, registration, insurance verification/preauthorization, scheduling and collections to take on a centralized role for our 7 outpatient rehab locations.
Responsibilities
- Referral intake/processing
- Managing documents requiring medical provider signatures
- Verifying accuracy and completeness of department appointment reports
Qualifications
- Learns quickly and handles a consistently busy workload with enthusiasm
- Experience working with electronic health record systems
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Superior customer service skills
- High school diploma
- College level classes in healthcare office administration preferred
