Patient Services Concierge: Front Desk & Care Experience

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join our outpatient clinic support team. You’ll greet patients, handle front-desk tasks, and ensure a welcoming first impression while delivering empathetic, attentive customer service.

You’ll screen calls, verify insurance benefits, collect co-pays, scan documents, and coordinate referrals, with attention to detail and HIPAA-compliant practices.
