Patient Services Concierge - Front Desk & Care Coordinator

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage our front desk during check-in and check-out, delivering personalized patient experiences. Training will be provided to learn the industry and deliver best-in-class care.

This role reports to the Office General Manager. Some weekend and evening shifts are required as we serve patients across openings. You will verify insurance, confirm appointments, and coordinate outreach with doctors while multitasking across phone lines and walk-ins.
