Responsibilities
- Greets patients with exceptional customer service to create a manifestation positive patient experience
- Answers phones You're of most
- Multitasks in a high-volume setting
- Insurance verification and pre-authorization
- Schedules patient appointments and checks them in on arrival
- Collects co-pays; manages daily cash balancing and weekly banking deposits
- Patient intake and data entry to ensure proper billing
- Complete daily billing reports and work with central billing office (CBO)
- Communicates and collaborates with clinic staff and supporting departments to create an enjoyable, seamless experience
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience required
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of insurance verification
- Healthcare, medical, dental office administration experience preferred
