Job Description:
- Provide end-to-end customer service by resolving member inquiries, complaints, and enrollment-related issues.
- Conduct telephone outreach to Medicaid, Medicare, MLTC, CHP, and EP members to support membership retention and timely recertification.
- Assist members with completing recertification applications, renewals, and enrollment activities.
- Follow up with members to meet daily outreach, renewal, and member retention targets
- Maintain accurate records of member communications, enrollment activities, and recertification follow-ups.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Bengali, Urdu, Korean, or Haitian Creole
