American Endovascular is a leading provider of minimally invasive, image-guided treatments for Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) , serving patients throughout Queens and the greater NYC area. We are currently seeking a dynamic bilingual Patient Service Coordinator (PSC) to serve as the welcoming face of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys helping others, and can communicate fluently in English and Spanish .
Key Responsibilities*
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients in person and over the phone.
- Receive referrals and enter patient data into our EMR system (eClinicalWorks).
- Schedule and confirm appointments and procedures; arrange transportation when needed.
- Check patients in and out, collect co-pays, and manage high-volume phone calls.
- Assist patients with forms and explain medical terminology.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Handle billing and insurance claims; resolve disputes or issues.
- Maintain office operations, inventory, and equipment.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and feedback to improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.

What We're Looking For*
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
- Calm, professional, and empathetic demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and handle a high volume of calls.
- Proficiency with EMR systems; knowledge of eClinicalWorks a plus.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient service and supporting a collaborative team
