Our affiliated vascular specialists are committed to restoring blood flow, preventing limb loss, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

We are currently seeking a dynamic bilingual Patient Service Coordinator (PSC) to serve as the welcoming face of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys helping others, and can communicate fluently in English and Spanish .

Key Responsibilities*

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients in person and over the phone.
  • Receive referrals and enter patient data into our EMR system (eClinicalWorks).
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and procedures; arrange transportation when needed.
  • Check patients in and out, collect co-pays, and manage high-volume phone calls.
  • Assist patients with forms and explain medical terminology.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Handle billing and insurance claims; resolve disputes or issues.
  • Maintain office operations, inventory, and equipment.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.

What We're Looking For*

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
  • Calm, professional, and empathetic demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and handle a high volume of calls.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems; knowledge of eClinicalWorks a plus.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient service and supporting a collaborative team
