Patient Safety & Quality Improvement Consultant

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a Patient Safety Consultant to lead the hospital's incident reporting system, conduct root cause analyses, and coordinate comprehensive corrective actions. The role collaborates with Risk Management, Quality, and Medical Staff Office to investigate significant events and ensure timely reporting.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience, with CA RN licensure and CPPS preferred.
