Patient Resupply Specialist

Providing exceptional customer service in a full-time remote capacity, the Patient Resupply Specialist will assist patients and providers with resupply orders, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem-solving. Key responsibilities Assist patients by coordinating resupply orders and clarifying their needs while providing solutions and alternatives Process supply orders received via phone, confirming patient eligibility and ensuring accurate documentation of account details Proactively address patient complaints and feedback to enhance overall satisfaction and improve service delivery Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry preferred Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Basic mathematical proficiency and ability to interpret spreadsheet data Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
