Position Overview

We are seeking a Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) Manager to support Clinical Program Development and Study Start-Up activities. This role will provide project management and subject-matter expertise for PRO/ePRO licensing, translation, implementation, and vendor management across clinical programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical research, outcomes research, PRO/COA activities, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management and expert consultation for Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) and Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) activities.
• Manage PRO/COA licensing, permissions, translations, and implementation requirements during study start-up.
• Serve as the owner of the PRO Library, maintaining licensing information, permissions, agreements, translation requirements, training requirements, and electronic format requirements.
• Collaborate with PRO owners, Outsourcing, HEOR, Data Sciences, Clinical teams, and external vendors.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, translation activities, project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support implementation of PRO/ePRO solutions across clinical studies.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance and training to cross-functional clinical teams.
• Ensure activities follow applicable SOPs, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a global clinical environment.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and supervision to PRO management associates, as applicable.
• Identify opportunities to improve PRO/ePRO processes and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Scientific, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in clinical research, outcomes research, PRO/COA, or project management.
• Hands-on experience with COA/PRO licensing and translation activities.
• Experience with Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) and/or ePRO implementation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors/stakeholders.
• Knowledge of clinical research operations, SOPs, and GCP requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
