Patient Recruitment Manager

Leading a team of Recruitment & Retention Delivery Leads, the full-time remote Patient Recruitment and Retention Execution Manager will oversee patient recruitment, retention, and site engagement strategies across clinical trials, ensuring effective execution and optimization of outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team to support study-level execution of recruitment and retention strategies Manage resource planning, performance expectations, and operational standards for the team Monitor execution progress and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes Required Qualifications B.A. or B.Sc. in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred 8+ years of relevant experience in patient recruitment/retention within CRO or pharma environments 5+ years of people management experience, including coaching and performance management Strong vendor oversight experience, including KPI monitoring and risk management Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions in a matrixed environment
