Patient Recruitment Manager

Supporting multiple sites remotely, the full-time Patient Recruitment Manager will manage Recruitment Specialists, develop recruitment strategies, and create outreach materials for clinical trials. Key responsibilities Create and maintain study-specific pre-screening forms and quick reference summaries for physicians Lead team huddles, manage productivity tracking tools, and maintain advertising portals with up-to-date information Interview potential research candidates, schedule screenings, and communicate with research staff regarding candidate qualifications Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred 0-3+ years of experience in clinical research Exceptional knowledge of clinical research methods Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate with operations Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Office365 products
