Patient Recruitment And Engagement ManagerMedpace is seeking a full-time, office-based Patient Recruitment and Engagement Manager to join our Phase 1 Unit recruiting team, within our Clinical Pharmacology Unit (CPU). In this role, you will be part of a team focused on recruiting participants for our onsite research studies across a variety of indications. This position offers a great opportunity to combine recruitment and marketing skills with the ability to make an impact within clinical research.ResponsibilitiesImplement various recruitment strategies for clinical research studies at Medpace Clinical Pharmacology Unit (MCPU);Work effectively with physicians, patient advocacy and specialized community groups to support and increase participant enrollmentWork effectively with CPU leadership to develop recruitment plans and ideas for new and on-going studies.Utilize our systems to track progress of media generated referrals and overall study enrollment;Update study specific social media sites; andIncrease awareness of MCPU and its trials within the communityActively participate and network at various Community, University & College eventsPerform ad-hoc projects/tasks as needed.QualificationsBachelors in Life Science preferred;At least 5 years of patient recruitment experience;Excellent organizational, communication and prioritization skills;Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, social media platforms, andAttention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.Medpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) providing phase l-lV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
