Patient Observation Lead — Hospital Team Leader (FT/PT)

Compass Group USA’s Touchpoint unit seeks a Patient Observation Lead to supervise the Patient Observation Associates and assist managers in operating the Observation and Transport program. The role ensures safe, timely and accurate observation of patients who cannot be left unattended.

Full and part-time schedules are offered with day and night shifts; weekends required. Prior patient observation lead experience preferred and a high school diploma is required.
