To support patients and clinics involved in pharmaceutical research trials, the full-time Patient Liaison will provide excellent service by managing travel arrangements, processing expense reimbursements, and serving as the primary point of contact for all related parties in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and other related parties Schedule travel requests for patients enrolled in clinical trials, including arrangements for flights, hotels, and ground transportation Process expense reimbursements for approved expenses, ensuring compliance with study parameters Required qualifications BS or BA degree or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of experience within the customer service or life sciences industry preferred Experience in the travel and/or hospitality industry is a plus Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work with financial information and convert foreign currency to USD
