Patient Foundation Navigator

To enhance patient experiences, the full-time remote Patient Foundation Navigator will manage complex patient cases, coordinate care across various stakeholders, and provide support for enrollment and eligibility while maintaining program integrity. Key Responsibilities Assist patients and providers with enrollment, evaluate eligibility, and coordinate product delivery while resolving simple Patient Assistance Program cases Serve as the primary contact for patients facing complex challenges, navigating diversion programs, and coordinating with stakeholders to remove barriers to care Provide customer-focused support on escalations and exception-based cases, applying independent judgment and elevating issues to senior leadership as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare experience 3+ years of healthcare access experience with the ability to learn and apply access principles Strong independent decision-making and problem-solving skills in complex situations High degree of empathy and a passion for supporting patients in accessing medicines Experience working in a digital-first environment and managing competing priorities under pressure
